You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree to all of these Terms of Use, you are expressly prohibited from using this product and website, and you must immediately stop using them.
The mobile application and this website may occasionally issue supplemental terms and conditions or documents, which are hereby incorporated by reference. Therefore, individuals who choose to access NexVault from other locations or use any technology to access the relevant products and services where they are restricted should do so at their own discretion and take responsibility for complying with local laws where applicable.
Unless otherwise stated, "NexVault" is our proprietary property, and all source code, databases, features, software, website design, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively, "Content"), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us, or licensed to us for use, and are protected by copyright and trademark law and other intellectual property laws, unfair competition law, and international copyright treaties and conventions. "NexVault" and the Content and Marks are provided "as is" for your reference and personal use. Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, you may not copy, reproduce, summarize, reprint, upload, post, publicly display, encode, translate, transmit, distribute, sell, license, or otherwise use any part of the Content or Marks for any commercial purpose without our prior explicit written permission.
