Once personal information is collected, it is immediately encrypted in our servers' database, and only users have the personal decryption key to unlock their own records.
Under no circumstances will the NexVault team be able to decrypt user data or access personal information such as email, organizational data, biometrics, etc.
For account creation, we require you to submit your email, personal cloud storage account email, and biometrics in the form of facial scans. When you access, use, or browse our services, we may process some of your personal information anonymously to assess the overall user experience, interaction with the service, user flow in product navigation, and features you use to improve our products and services.
We do not process sensitive personal information, including KYC data, account balances, transaction histories, or deposits and on-chain transfers between wallet users.
We process your information to provide, improve, and manage our services, for security and fraud prevention. With your consent, we may also process your information for other purposes. Under no circumstances will the NexVault team be responsible for user activities, including but not limited to checking sending/receiving addresses, amounts, selecting relevant blockchains and third-party service providers, or the eligibility for storing or transacting digital assets. Users are responsible for on-chain storage and transactions of digital assets, including compliance with relevant regulations.
We do not receive any information from third parties. We do not share personal user contact information or other details with third-party individuals, companies, or organizations. With explicit consent, we may request some of your personal information, which we may share during promotional activities, rewards, or other digital asset distribution processes, such as sharing your on-chain deposit address or similar contact alternatives.
We have organizational and technical processes and protocols in place to protect your personal information, including strong encryption, rotating encryption protocols, distributed, independent, and secure data vaults, protected internet connections, and other security measures. However, no internet data transmission or information storage technology can be 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not collect or process certain information exchanged with other service providers.
You have the right to review, modify, or terminate your account at any time.
The easiest way to exercise your rights is by selecting the relevant option in your product settings or contacting us directly. We will consider any request and take action in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
